DDA Board Meetings
General Rules and Procedures for Downtown Development Authority Board Meetings
Consent Calendar: These are items which are not discussed individually and are voted on as a group. The consent calendar consists of items considered non-controversial, with no policy implications, and is approved without discussion. A DDA Board member may remove an item from the consent calendar to be considered following the DDA vote on the remainder of the consent calendar.
Regular Agenda Items: These are items which the DDA Board will discuss individually in the order listed on the agenda.
Who May Speak: The public is encouraged to offer comment to the DDA Board at their meetings on any item listed on the agenda. Please complete a public comment card and hand it to a DDA staff member.
The DDA Board meets on the 2nd Tuesday of every month at 8:30am in the George Greenberg Board Room, located at 301 Clematis St., Suite 200.
UPDATE: DDA board meetings are now held on the 3rd Tuesday of every month.
