Community Coordinator
Catherine Ast joined the DDA team in January 2011. Previous to joining the DDA, Catherine served for 13 years as Director of Operations for a Long Term Care pharmacy in Boca Raton. As a Palm Beach County native, Catherine has seen the changes throughout our County, especially the Downtown area and is very excited to serve our community. She is the first smiling face you’ll see when you enter the DDA office as she is charged with assisting in the successful maintenance of office operations and customer service.
As the Community Coordinator, Catherine is responsible for facilitating, promoting and ensuring community enrichment for our Downtown residents. Critical projects include: Addressing landscape and maintenance issues, serving as the DDA liaison for the Downtown Neighborhood Association, responding to residential concerns and implementing new social initiatives and promotions for our residents.
