Better Buildings Challenge (BBC)
What are the goals of the BBC?
An effort led by the U.S. Department of Energy and the City of West Palm Beach to make commercial and industrial buildings 20% more energy efficient by 2020; thus, saving $40 billion annually for US organizations while creating American jobs.
Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE)
What is PACE?
The Florida Green Energy Works PACE Financing Program facilitates funding for energy efficiency, renewable energy, water efficiency and wind resistance projects. Repayment is through the property tax bill over terms up to 20 years.
