Spotlight On: The Wine Dive

The Wine Dive will be open next week! The Wine Dive is a wine and tapas bar that offers 100 wines by the glass, as well as an extensive bottle selection. Small bites such as cheese and meat plates are offered, in addition to a full dinner menu by Executive Chef Curtis Hillard. Clematis by Night & Circus Preview

Bring the entire family Downtown TONIGHT for a special Clematis by Night Holiday Circus! Experience a free performance as Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey® presents a free preview event featuring countless star performers leading you through a host of amazing acts! Trolley Ridership for 2011
Downtown West Palm Beach is keeping busy and we have the numbers to prove it! Trolley ridership for 2011 was at an all-time high with 675,000 riders so far this year. Northwood Art & Wine Promenade
On Fri., Dec. 30th from 6pm-9pm, join your friends for an evening of shopping, dining and exploring Northwood Village. Virginia Philip Offers New Class Schedule for 2012

The 2011 "Deck the Windows" Winner Is...
Congratulations to Gracie Street Interior Design Studio & Boutique for winning the Deck the Windows Storefront Decorating Contest! The design was a beautifully classic representation of the holidays and the tropical paradise that is West Palm Beach! Gracie Street will receive an exclusive  three month Trolley Advertising package.

The runner-up was Pizza Girls with an adorably delightful storefront, complete with Pizza Girls mermaids and fishing net! Be sure to stop by and admire their hard work!

Holiday Office Closures

City Hall, the DDA and the WPB Library will be closed on Fri., Dec. 23rd. Normal business hours will resume on Tues., Dec. 27th. New Year's office closures for City Hall, the DDA and the WPB Library will be on Mon., Jan. 2nd. Normal business hours will resume on Tues., Jan. 3rd, 2012.

Downtown Businesses Open for Christmas & Free Parking

If you don't feel like cooking on Christmas or are looking for an impromptu outing with all of you out of town guests, look to these Downtown Businesses that will be open on Christmas Day!

You can also enjoy free parking in all City lots and garages from Sat., Dec. 24th- Mon., Dec. 26th. Happy Holidays!!

Clematis Countdown

Downtown West Palm Beach will ring in 2012 with a full menu of fun-filled events, concerts and more along the five block of Clematis Street and beyond on Sat., Dec. 31st! “Clematis Countdown” will include a stunning 20-minute fireworks display at midnight, and celebrations in various restaurants Downtown.

History Trolley Tours Are Back!

The West Palm Beach Downtown Development Authority will soon re-launch its popular Historic Trolley Tours in Downtown West Palm Beach. The tours, which take place aboard a signature bright-red trolley, entertain and educate guests about Downtown's historical buildings and landmarks. The tours are scheduled to begin on Fri., Jan. 6th, 2012 and will run weekly on Fridays at 3 pm and 4 pm and Saturdays at 11:30 am and 12:30 pm, through April 21st, 2012.

The tour is $5 for adults, and free for children 10 and under. Reservations are required. For more information or to make a reservation, please contact the DDA at 561.833.8873.
