WPB City Parking Cards
A City Card is utilized in lieu of change to pay an electronic, single-head meter. The card is inserted into the meter, for each insertion $.25 is decremented from the card. The minimum initial purchase of a City Card is $5. The City Card is sold at the Division of Parking administration. You can reload the City card for any denomination you wish after the initial purchase.
