Purpose

The Clematis Streetscape Project is a unique opportunity to enhance and update the Downtown’s infrastructure in a cost-effective manner as well as provide economic growth opportunities for the community and region.
ALL BUSINESSES ARE OPEN DURING CONSTRUCTION.

 

Update

 

The project has now moved to the final phase of construction with the installation of new benches, landscaping and hanging baskets.

West Construction, Inc. was recently awarded the Clematis Streetscape Project. The company is very excited about this project and is prepared to move forward swiftly. A local Palm Beach County contractor since 1969, West Construction, Inc. sees this project as a way to contribute to the community in which we live, creating many new jobs and helping promote pedestrian activity downtown.

 

Stay Informed

In partnership with the Downtown Development Authority and the City of West Palm Beach, West Construction will spearhead a Community Interaction Plan to notify business owners and residents of project activity and progress. Through the West Construction website and DDA website, information will be posted to keep citizens informed. Additionally West Construction is opening a branch office Downtown, allowing the public to easily gain knowledge and avoid any inconveniences.
